LEARN MORE ABOUT ECHINODERMS^^~~~ cheers
Echinoderms have tentacle_like structures called tube feet at their extremities. The tube feet are controlled by vascular system, this system take in water and flow into the muscular tubes to the tube feet.Echinoderms have radial symmetry, when reprodution is carried out,it will produce planktonic larvae, which has the bilaterally symmetrical.Which it was different from their parent.

Echinoderms usually have 5 or more arms, sometime they may have 6 or 7 arms(eg.starfish).They usually have no heart , brain and eyes. But some of Echinoderms (brittle stars)have sensitive parts that can sense light, they can sense the food too, that's how they get their food.Their mouth is situated on the underside and their anus on top,but not most of the Echinoderms.Characteristics of Echinoderms done by: AngeL^Q^ Stripe
Some Echinoderms are carnivorous (eg.starfish)detritus foragers(eg.sea cucumbers)The small pieces of food that other animals had left or planktonic feeders(eg.basket stars)eat organisms that is on top of the sea.
Echinoderms reproduce sexually and asexually. They reproduce asexually by breaking a ray or arms by splitting the body into half, and each half may become a whole new animals.
They scared theirs prey by using their spiny skins and spires. Some Echinoderms will only come out during at night time, nocturnal.so they can reduce to be attack by the day time predators.
THE END^^ flower
