Characterised of birds is that birds are warm blooded , tetrapod vertebrates which lays eggs.They have feathers, a beak with no teeth,and they ,lay hard shelled egg.They have four-chambered heart,and a lightweight but stong skeleton.

All birds have forelimbs modified as wings but not all the birds can fly, example like ostrich, penguin, peacock and alot more.Birds have special type of disgestive and respiratory system which adapt to flight.

Corvids and parrot are the most intelligent animal species

Birds communicate using visual signals and through calls and songs.and participate in social behaviours including cooperative breeding and hunting, flocking, and mobbing of predators.

Eggs are usually laid in a nest and incubated by the parent. Most of the birds have a period of parental care after hatching.
